Joseph R. Skowronski
Artistic Collaborator
Joseph R. Skowronski is a Lighting Designer who has been working with Project Y since 2008 when he operated projections for Therese Raquin Desire. Since then he has worked with the company as both Master Electrician and Light Board Operator on 2009′s FUBAR and most recently, as Lighting Assistant for The Revival. He also was the primary Lighting Designer on Project Y’s cabaret style show Things That Don’t Happen: Modern Love Stories.
Outside of Project Y, Joseph works as the Lighting Designer for Gill St. Bernard’s School in Gladstone, New Jersey. In 2010 he received an Honorable Mention for Outstanding Achievement in Lighting Design from Paper Mill Playhouse for the school’s production of Kiss Me Kate.
Joseph also works a Teaching Artist for Roundabout Theater Company.
